yes, for 20$ with 2000 page impressions I was thinking of 10% CTR and an average earning per click of 0.1$
To get 10% CTR you need a very good ad placement, which you can compensate by having a topic/niche which pays more than 0.1$ per click.

 

Thats just an extremely vague question with no precise answer.

 

What affiliate programs work well (outside of p0rn, pills, and poker areas)? I have tried a number of affiliates and they tend to have a lower clickthrough and then of that low CTR conversion knocks it down again to the point that the payout is much lower than Adsense.

just my opinion, I think the earning is depended no eCPM value, but this value is depended on what language and what topics on your site.

 

Too many variables to say for sure.

I get a lot of visitors, but they're regular readers who basically come to just read my daily content.
