It maybe a noted a new scammer has come in the directory industry!

These guys rule paypal too, infact paypal reverses the funds to them in 5mins flat.

    Claim was made by:
    JONATHAN BASTIAN
    JBASTIAN79 (at) YA**O.COM

The guy make a submission for the above website and then files a Unauthorized Claim.

Paypal send me a email, and then without me performing any action, refunds the buyer itself!

    10-May-2008 Payment From JONATHAN BASTIAN
14-May-2008 The funds that were placed on temporary hold have been reversed - Removed (Status)
14-May-2008 Update to Reversal - Canceled (Status)
    14-May-2008 Reversal - Completed (Status)

    - Paypal without informing me completes the dispute, hold & reversal in flat 5 mins and closes the case without informing me ???? - How is this possible!

It shows me This transaction has been reversed. - It means the buyer was refunded automatically right? Please lemme know.

Beware of this site and submitter!

Bad news. Once a buyer paid me $49.9, and I got $46.5 after paypal fees. And then the buyer asked for a refund, and you know what, paypal deduct $49.9 from my account, and also charged me another $10 as processing fee. So I lost $16.8 for that charge back.

Yes if buyers win the case then amount will be transfer to buyers account. Once you have any case amount will be put on hold. So you have less chance to won disputes if you are sellers.

if you don't ship items then you have nothing to worry about...i had 1 dispute :))) for a 5$ template where the customer said to remove the copyright and i told him to look at the terms and conditions he accepted...never mind
of course i had clicked the...finish dispute or something like this and i was informed that the dispute was ended and i cannot be charged because i didn't sold him real goods.i guess some sellers are protected some way

If the account has been hacked and paypal notified about it, there is no dispute to be heard, hence an immediate recall of the funds. :(

    Paypal owns
    Their system sucks balls
They have no good support and the system is just full of flaws.
But you didnt mention how you made the payment
was it through their link or did you send the payment thru entering the amount fields and all?
because if you did like "Pay Now" or "buy now" kinda stuff on their website
    then u wont get refund
