Generic, Untargeted Traffic

    Hello All:

    We are looking for sources of generic, untargeted traffic for sites.

    Of course we are looking for the lowest price possible and we are looking for large volumes.

    Anyone have any experience with any sources that were actually legitimate sources of generic untargeted REAL traffic?

    People who sell "traffic" are almost always selling fake traffic. The only way to get real traffic is to buy advertising space. Now, for the cheapest traffic I would suggest adbrite.com and adengage.com. They definitely have the cheapest if you have the right type of page.

    I think that is accurate ffedback and it matches my experience... but I wanted to see if anyone had any other experiences that may be different.

    Even if the traffic is not fake, is so untargeted (and annoying as most of these sites sell pop up traffic) that there is no worth in it.

    you can also try off the wall SE's like kanoodle, searchfeed, search123 etc... but be warned you will probably get some fraud clicks, depending on the area you are targeting but traffic is REALLY cheap.

    I don't want any of the ad networks... most of that traffic is junk. Been in the ad network business a long time, not interested in being an advertiser there.

    I am actually looking for more of the "under-the-radar stuff" and I have gotten a few PMs from people of just that type of stuff.
