    In the New Style Server Events, there are a number of generic events. Generic 1, 2, Generic Email 1, 2, and so on. What are these events typically used for, and in what cases can they be triggered? Thanks.

    They are for whatever you want, and are triggered manually from the Scripts menu.

    I clicked Auto Server Generic Actions in the Scripts menu, I did that after setting up a generic event, and it says there are no generic actions defined. Any ideas?

    Is it enabled? Do you have it setup to be specific to a certain account class? Did you give the button label a name?
