Generating Online Sales

    Here are the details:

    "New" product has been on the market for about 8 months currently.
    This product is a mouth wash that has a bit of caffeine in it to give you a little extra boost when you start your day or even after your coffee (combats coffee breath excellently).
    This product can only be found in one city or online.
    Facebook following is good, Instagram is smaller, but over all social media is in place.

    Now, how do we generate online sales!? Looking for any and all suggestions.

    Previously have placed the product on Amazon and Ebay, with no traffic.

    Appreciate any help.

    Well, you can follow some steps to organize sales online. Here are some of them:
    - create a destination website;
    - offer free downloads, solutions or discounts;
    - drive traffis with targeted ads;
    - create content for the target audience;
    - send out a newsletter;
    - build genuine relationships on social platforms;
    - partner with others and cross-promote.
    But still, you shouldn't forget about social media.

    Well, do you have money to invest in a marketing campaign or are you looking only for "free" ways to generate online sales? Makes a big difference, of course.

    Have you tried advertising on Adwords, Bing? Maybe if you are having a hard time selling the product yourself recruit some affiliates to help you. Recruiting affiliates is a safe "marketing" practice as you only pay when you earn... I hope that makes sense and that it helps you.

    You can advertise in niche disccussion forums and adsense/facebook.

    First of all you have a pharmaceutical product, make sure you have all the licenses to sell online so you do not put money and time and suddenly it's out of the door. Also as marketer I believe such physical product which can be tested needs more experimental marketing before you can gain people's trust (read about experiential or experimental marketing). There are many different ways to make sales online but first people should know your product and trust it. now when you say the product can be found online, do you mean visitors can purchase it online or just a website?
