    It isn't a typein type domain, for sure. It's also not a regular phrase. I'd say $50 maximum. You should go ahead and develop it instead of just flipping the domain.

    The plural is way better (Fortunes). That being said, the plural would be worth only around Low $xx IMO.

    Develop it into a money making site of how to be a millionaire ;)
