Generate traffic in 5 days?

What can I do in the next 5 days to "start" bringing traffic to my site.

Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated.

I know I cant bring in massive amounts of traffic in 5 days but I think I can start getting some movement.

Bringing traffic is not tough but to bring relevant and quality traffic is the most important thing.

There are many social bookmarking site from where you can bring huge traffic but it will not be useful because generally you get visitors from age 13 to 20 ages only and non working visitors.

So better concentrate on the area where you can get huge traffic and relevant and quality traffic and that is yahoo answers but here also you if you answers are genuine and does not indicate any marketing or promoting tricks then only you can get lot of traffic otherwise don't waste time.

I would suggest you to use social networking media. The best I've tried for quick traffic is Digg & StumbleUpon. With a good quality content, catchy title & right timing, you can get much traffic you have ever imagine.

I would also agree with choicefreedom2000. But if the question is 5 days, the age group doesn't really matters.

BTW FYI in general there are 3 things in content creation which will get so much attention from public. It applies in all type of media ie. TV, RADIO, Print even Internet.
1) Sex, 2) Horror 3) violence

Very interesting Topic, i was looking for only that, how to get more traffic in new sites ?

so . i will get the lists of social bookmarking sites and sort out content for my new sites.atleast we can best try to get traffic from these sites.

Maybe you can exchange your link to other relevant site with have same niche..

 

Everything is depend on your market/services belongs to like - Travel, E-Commerce, Consultation services etc.

Social bookmarking are good and easy way to increase traffic and visibility of website.

Create an account on top bookmarking sites and place your website in relevant category with informative details about your services.

 

Another thing.. what if your site does not falls into the 3 types of attractive content (check my earlier post) but you still want to get the benefits from it. Actually you CAN. To elaborate in details all the steps required, kindly check my post "Bloopers, Increase Traffic, Make More Money".

First you tell me have you even done any researh in your life ?
Have you ever implement any technique in your life ?
Have you ever innovate any seo trick or method in your life ?
have you ever done seo for a branded company ?

If no then how can you say such thing
First go and do all this then say like this. I never judge person by age but I always look them by their mind and knowledge and at this stage your words are just copy and paste or just whatever you have heard you are pasting here.

I believe in research > analyse > implement > outuput > and finally post here.

First of all I'm sorry if I offended you. But what are you so angry about. Or you don't really understand what I tried to explain. By condemning me that much does that makes you looks good.

I don't want to argue with you. You may be master in this field that makes you so arrogantly judging others.

My intention was to help our friend by giving my ideas on what I have done and experienced so far. Maybe my 'English' is not that good that makes you understand it in a manner that you think you deserve to condemn me that much. But if it was me as a mature man, I would have done wiser that that.

First of all i would like to clear my doubt regarding my angry attitude. I become angry only whensome one do something wrong or misguide some and that i can't tolerate at all in any case.

I am not here with an intension to show my anger. I always want this DP forums with full of information either in my presence or in my absence.

When anyone say something wrong about seo i feel too bad and i can't tolerate because this will miss guide the tons of people reading this forum. When someone use abusive language or wants to promote his products or site, or making a mess of all information then only I become rude otherwise as eveyone says that i am cool its true.

if you want traffic for your sites then you need to exchange links with other sites

 

OK in that case explain to me which part of my post that I've submitted that has sparked your anger and tell me what you understood from it. The way you responded without even apologizing shows that I'm the culprit which I can't accept.

Remember you created the mess so fix it if you think you're right. Everyone has his pride and honor. If you think I was wrong, prove to me that I was wrong then I'm willingly to accept and fix the problem and clarify the misunderstanding.

Or else don't try to be the champ of nothing.

 

What are you trying to say here. Who do you intentionally targeting that to. If it was me, prove to me where did I do wrong. Remember lots of people is reading this forums and you need to clarify things that you've created.. or else you'll give me a bad name in the community and I will not accept that..

 

Submitting a press release, submitting your pages to all social bbookmarking sites, participating in forum discussions, commenting on blog posts, participating in social networking sites may help you a lot to get quick traffic to your site..........

In my observation you were barking just because of your misinterpretation of my comment regarding your statement.. you need to polish up your reading skills then... pity you

Remember lots of people are reading this forums and you need to clarify your accusation.. or else your attitude will drag me into the insane hole that you've dug yourself...

This whole incidence can be solved by just a simple apology.. but I doubt a so call GURU like you have guts to do so.. good luck with your attitude...

 

social bookmarking is a great way to get some instant traffic depending on your nich, some sites just don't do well with social bookmarking, if your seo is good and you picked the right domain name then Yahoo and MSN will probably start bringing you traffic quicker than Google since imo Google is more link dependant and more advanced in general

 

SB sites really generate traffic, but if you commit mistakes in social bookmarking (instead of generating you will lose)...

Be careful and do social marking the nice way. Don't spam!
