Had a few questions regarding websites similar to 9gag, damnlol, etc. Since there is not much textual content, what would be the right way to generate traffic for a site like that? Viral Marketing from Youtube? Link Building? Social Network? Facebook, Instagram, pinterest ? Unique Image content? If I was to use adsence then how would adsence detect keywords to generate ads thats suitable for the viewer of the site?
You can sell those images like Imagesbazaaardotcom and use alt tags in your images with alt and title tags.Make sure you are also using keywords in you images caption,title,alt tags etc that will drive more traffic to you for sure
