This traffic seems fishy to me.

Mostly United States traffic, yet they come to your site when most people in the US are asleep - and on a desktop device.

What would make someone from the United States go to their desktop in the middle of the name and type your URL (full of arabic) into their browser?

This traffic is fake more than likely.

 

I've bought the domain in 13 Feb 2020, built Arabic website on it in 3 days, and added the analytics code late in 16 Feb 2020 11 PM and left it for a week, and when i see the analytics, i found it get 20-25 visitors each day from USA, so i decided to sell it here to someone from USA can build a website in English better than me.

 

I Set the analytics to Egypt timezone, so for example:
12:00 AM Monday, in Egypt is
5:00 PM Sunday, in Washington, DC, USA

 

Gotcha - I imagine you didn't write the content yourself.

You also made the mistake of letting Google crawl the website. It's going to be an uphill battle converting this to an profitable English website.

 

Still, their state isn't even set.

Looks like bot traffic.

Most probably the traffic comes from wrong typing a very visited website.

Matt, i don't know where the traffic came from, I've bought that domain and i found it get a direct traffic, so i thought it came from wrong typing generali.com, I'm honest so i left you in my analytics till now.
