General Topsite..

    Change the colour a bit. It is really black/grey. Maybe add a splash of orange/red or just something to break it up.

    Also, I am not to sure on the moving logos.

    A bit too plain ... try adding a font color to your grey and maybe some nice icon designs (try iconbase.com for nice free ones :))
