I have a few sites for sale but I can't post them in a new thread yet and I've never done this before...

 

Thanks for this wonderful useful information we all really apreciate that u took the time to write that down and share with us I personally think that making sites just to sell them is a complete waste of time cause your time could be used wisely doing something more productive . But a great idea would be to outsource many sites and then sell them with a higher price than u paid for them Good luck!

Whats the deal if a seller posts a BIN - I post saying i will take the BIN and then the seller PM's me with payment details. A short time later the seller PM's me again saying do not pay, sorry had to sell to another buyer........

Obviously got a higher offer and dumped my BIN contract.

Any rules broken there? I can give the link of the sale on here.
