    Suppose i want to sell a site , a website ... do i need to sell the hosting account too ... or just the domain , scripts and the contents ?

    can someone please tell me that do we only give the admin login password to the buyer or what?
    and what about the domain name?for example my domain names include content at godaddy..what shall i do when the buyer accepted to buy

    Hello, Well it depends on the terms of your auction/listing of course. Typically, the domain name goes with the website. You will have to push the domain to the new owner, or make arrangements with him/her to transfer it to buyers regular domain registrar account.

    Secondly, you will either have your buyer signup for hosting if you run a hosting company, OR, the buyer can make arrangements for his own hosting. Normally the buyer would either install the site himself or you could do it for him.

    These are things that should definately be spelled out in your listing terms.
