    I have some wordpress sites which I ask a friend to create for me. Now I want to buy a fairly established site, one that I will just promote further and add more content. The problem is that I don't know how to go about buying some sites. I mean if I happen to like a site (complete with domain and hosting) that is being sold here, and we strike a deal. What now? How do I know that the site is already mine? What should the owner of the site do to make the website mine? Should it be under my name? What about proofs that he should show me regarding my ownership of the site.. Please help!!
