Just create a new thread in an appropriate BST section. However, you cannot sell everything here, this is not eBay.

 

I want to purchase established forums, where can i find these as there isnt much on dp.

OK, maybe this is a complete "newbie" question, but what is a "BIN"?

I know what a BID is (duh), but I have scanned the thread and can't find what BIN is referring to.

This may be a dumb question, but can you sell your administrative rights to a networking site that you create even if you don't own the site itself?

 

BIN means a Buy It Now price, a set price given by the seller that a potential buyer can pay to get the site/domain etc without waiting until the auction ends.
