General -> Niche -> Super Niche .. which one?

    I'm going to build a directory, but just looking for some guidance on how specific to make it? General Directories are so saturated, I would want to get more specific.

    Is a Sports Directory still too general? Would you narrow it down to a specific sport? Like Football?

    Is Music Directory too general? Would you narrow it down to something specific, like Lyrics?

    nope, don't narrow it that bad, cause it will be hard to make it big......my 2 cents..

    If you have a niche that is business oriented you can make some good coin getting a super narrowed niche ie: Guitar Shops or Manufacturers directory... if its a directory such as football or music ... the more specific you make it the harder it will be for you.

    I think niche with super niche categories is the way to go.
