One thing you can do is to (NOT over hype) and over deliver. That will make a happy customer every time. When they get more than they bargained for they will look to you for other deals. Hope this helps a bit. Good Luck!
Keep in touch but don't be a pain. Autoresponders can be a great thing but when the customer gets 3 or 4 emails from you every week it can result in alot of "unsubscribes". Also, don't sell in ever follow-up email. Free useful info can build trust decrease the "sleeze factor".
