Hello all, I am gonna start a new web and graphic design website and I have built my basic template and just want to kind of show it and get some feedback on it. I personally think the colors are too deep/bold. Making the red a darker maroon or a lighter red and making the drop shadow on the navigation box a little more opaque should sort that out. Your also showing your logo twice, on the left and on the right... maybe get rid of one, or put one as a background to the page at a 15% opacity or something and make it 400 x 400px or something. It's a really good start, keep at it *thumbs up*
Thanx, that's great constructive criticism and I appreciate it. I personally like my right logo and was just building around that. I'll try what you are saying in some variations, thanx again.
The fonts are really rugged looking and not plesant on the eyes. The colors used are also deep. Looks kind of devilish unless this is the look you are after.
Yes, I do like the devilish look, but I do appreciate other peoples opinions. I do agree about the color though. I dont like bright colors, but I have to consider what other find ok to look at. Thanx for the feedback.
