How old is the vBulletin licence? Are you aware that you can't transfer a licence within 3months of purchasing the licence?

 

He said starting bid 150 he can sell the license itself for 4-5 times more than that.

 

Have you payed for any posters or are any of the posts from payed posters?

Yes i used paid posting, but not all posts are made by paid posters. My friend also joined the forum and made posts.

(BTW, i am selling the license too.. if you need then you can get it with license for $150 + $50 = $200).

But no one is posting, because theres nothing interesting. If you start a contest then you will get some active posters .

 

I'll offer $175 for the domain, database, and vBulletin licence.

Thats all I feel it is worth without seeing proof of traffic through the site, and the fact that there is no active posters at the moment means that I have to work on the site to get those posters back.

Prove that there is traffic with screenshots of the traffic visiting and I may up my offer.
