    Just making a comment about the close of an auction in the last minutes when bidding is fast and to the minute. Of course this is not any of my business as a thrid party so this is just an ideal I'm aware of in some other sales related fourms for I'm no party to the buyer or sellers agreements.

    It would not be uncommon to allow the last two bidders one from each forum the opportunity to imput bids themselve after the closing time. This would give the seller a chance at the best possible price and at the same time give both of the last strong bidders a last time opportunity at the best and highest bid. I'm not trying to bring an issue here just suggesting an ideal that I've seen in other types of auctions.

    The trading active in this forum is very well kept.
