I have been too busy as of late to take proper care of this site.

Since October I have been averaging $100 profit per month for the links on in the footer and express review.

Currently the site is PR3 with many inner pages with PR. According to iwebtool.com the site should PR5, I would expect PR4 at least, I have done a lot of work on links and directory submissions.

The site gets 2500 uniques a month and for the last 4 months traffic has increased 200 uniques at least.

The Coop weight is currently over 1000, and over 10000 pages, there are still a number of these pages that have to be reviewed

The auction will end in Feb 5 at 8pm EST The time will be extended 15mins after any bid within the last 30mins

Currently there are no paid links on the right. I put that in but never had the time to promote.

I should be able to move to your server for a $10 premium

The only monthly links are the 5 non-Coop links in the footer, I sold them all for $15 per month to a great regular client with the option to increase the price if the PR increases at the next update

Those 5 are Mystikmedia's which are paid for on a monthly basis, you will have to give him 2 months notice if you are going to remove, or change the pricing.

The five above are Co-op which when you buy the site you can do what you want with.

The line above that MUST stay unless you buy the license.

I only run one auction at a time. It is easier to keep track of and there is no abuguity about who is the highest bidder. If the bids do not get to a high enough level I will close this auction and open a new one at a new location

We have yet to reach my reserve of 10xmonthly profit of $100 (that is all profit since I am currently not spending any money on advertising and haven't since last fall)

With this site as a good base, with a little work you could double the revenue within a year, and if you are good, much, much sooner

On the other hand you will still have to do SOMETHING to make sure that it continues to make the $100 a month, however I have found that it takes no longer than 2 hours a week and some Coop weight
