does my general ctr matter? and if so, in what frame, the adgroup, the campagin?

should i delete keywords that bring me nothing or close to it, do they effect my results?

    thanks, john

Your overall clickthrough rate does affect your campaign's Quality Score, to some extent at least.

If you've got keywords with low volumes of searches, and no clicks, I wouldn't worry too much, as this won't impact your overall ctr very much. If you're getting a huge number of impressions on a keyword, but no clicks, I'd suggest that you probably shouldn't be bidding on it anyway (even if it didn't impact your campaign performance).

I wouldn't worry too much about it - manage your keywords based on their performance. If a keyword has a low ctr, then it'll probably end up with a poor QS, and you'll probably want to bin it anyway...
