General CPM Question

    What's the average going rate for CPM on a webmaster related site?
    Let's say a site gets 40k impressions a day how much should a 468 x 60 banner usually cost to advertise?

    Depends what company and what CPM type.
    There are some companies, that pays even to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popups (for more details You can look a this list - the first company on the list)
    There are other companies (for example newsroom) that will be pay 3.50$ for every 1000 impression of theirs video.
    As davin said 15-20 is on sites, which barely have 100 impressions/day, not 40,000/day :)
