General Consensus on company name in domain

I'm looking at a couple of affiliates to start a website under and I am wondering where I can find documentation about this topic? Like for example if my site is selling norton antivirus can my domain have norton in it? I checked the Special Terms and Conditions under CJ for that affiliate but I dont see anything about this. So what is the general consensus on this and where's the best place to find the documentation for proof?

Most of the advertisers have these restrictions, so read carefully. Even if your advertiser doesn't right now, they will probably go that way. In the few months that I have been here, I have received several emails from CJ/Advertisers that "changed" their program to include a restriction.

I wouldn't try that with CJ. Clickbank? Sure.
