Is it just me, or are these forums filled with threads like "do you use a phone" "i use my phone a lot. What about you?" which is technically not against the rules (at the moment) but.....
I dont really spend allot of time here. Isn't the General section made exactly for that kind of thing though? Just mindless chatter?!
Yeah i dont spend a lot of time in general chat but yes, i have noticed a lot of spam. I find the spam on DigitalPoint kind of interesting, because the same idiotic morons spam the board with a mix of the same affiliate programs/ideas on making money. They spam in the wrong places ( least amount of guests ) and the body of the spam isn't really interesting at all. i can spot it from a mile away. So i hope you spammers take the time to read my rant about spam, and THINK about your spam. If you actually thought about what your doing and use your brain, your content wouldn't be classed as spam... It would be genuine content.
Thats the entire point of this section though. You may post to your hearts desire. If it is bothersome to you then stick to the business parts of the forum. I enjoy it here though, I like to have my finger on the pulse of my fellow DP peeps.
Yea you can post pretty much anything here, but there are certain rules I guess (no duplicated threads, or more than 3+ random threads per day).
Hahahaa... yeah in here general chat is full of thread like that. I think it's no problem since it makes the DP keep crowded. Then 'Digitalpoint' also not saying anything about them. So keep it flow.
