well like many freelancers, sometimes you have to go to them rather than have them come to you. mind you thats time consuming, but then again so is waiting around on forums trying to find work. i would recommend that you would post into as many classified sites, active forums as you can to advertise your services and the rates you will charge and some examples. then on top of it, put together a decent letter and ship it off to poor looking sites that you think you could help
