    Must have steady traffic and income...
    Budget is 150-200$ (depends on the site though) for domain + content..

    I have three sites

    anger-courses.com #1 on google and a PR 1 for keyword "anger courses

    dogshypoallergenic.com somewhere around #5 on google for keyword "dogs hypoallergenic"

    I just recently created tosellwebsites.net this is an autoblog and is listed on google and is #5 on google if you type in "to sell websites" in quotes so with a little more work it can be great!
