General ads for pharmacy online, legal?

    Is it legal to advertise for online pharmacies on a website in english language not targeting any specific country?

    In the U.S. online pharmacies are regulated by the FDA and the states. If the site is legally filling prescriptions under the state's laws then the Rx can usually be shipped anywhere into the U.S.

    If the site is legal, then it is legal to advertise the site. If the site is not legal, I would advise you not to get involved.

    Thx for answwer. But cant i just say that i advertise to nations where it is legal and that is why i use english language for a general audience?
