Genbucks..scam? I hope not..

I live in Australia, and EVERY time I try to call them on +1 210-254-1011 I get the same prompts (if your an existing customer, press #1, if your a new customer, press #2, if your an affiliate, press #3)

So I press 3, and it just takes me right back to the prompts again! This has happened about 30 times now..

Anyone had success trying to get through to them?

Try pressing #1 or #2 and let them know your problem. They might help you out or route you to the appropriate personnel.
