in place of a forum, what you think, there could be a simple site many people are scared from empty forums, but they like going through sites also what would you like to be reviewed? the design? I think its the same vbulletin as it was when you installed it, with some simple modifications
You need to work on the theme. Any webmaster knows it's the default VB skin and they are picky. For a webmaster forum you need a nice skin. Best of luck with the project.
I agree with dojo. You need a theme - propably a custom one, to make it more attractive - and some posts, because people don't really like empty forums.
