The design really speaks for a very professional tech site. Very well done! I can't tell about the quality of the content, but I guess it is unique and well written. That would be a must if you plan on selling it. The 4000 facebook likes would increase the prise, too. The best way to find out how much it is worth for is to just place it on the market and see how much people are willing to give. DP also have an option for site sale.
Domain is revelant of your contents, thats good, but change your background to monocolored one, your current background makes your pages too full to watch. Keep in your mind that your visitors want to see your contents first. You can add banner that matches your purposes, but site would look less "heavy" with a unique color in background. good luck.
