    Does anyone know anything about this site, I can't figure it out. It's just a bunch of links that are rated based on visits yet it has a PR 5. Someone posted a link to my page there and it's generating a fair bit of traffic for which I am gratefull.

    well, it used to be the home of what's now bash.org, that's as far as I know.
