GearServe.net - web host is down

    Be careful when looking for a web host -- I was starting up with GearServe.net and now my sites are down - not sure what is happening with them. Any info on them in the last while?

    Well so it is - thanks for your update. I hope that it was just a temporary glitch, as I did not know how long it has been down. The service of my last web host (RockSolidHost.net) ‎went down and never came back.

    Well, no disrespect meant to Indians in general, but you have to realize that these Indian web hosts that are a month or two old tend to not last very long.

    There's something to be said about going with web hosts that have been around longer than 60 days ;)

    While you are at it, why not take them up on their SLA guarantee...
