Selling Gears Of War Niche Site - Great Potential - Aged Site - Unique Content!

Hey guys,

I'm selling a site that used to be a little gem for me, it's in the toy/action figure niche; quite popular and ready to exploit for great profit.

Firstly, I'd like to say that although the site is not at the peak it once was, there is still immense potential - it is easy to market and bring traffic I have simply lost interest and not had the time.

Content:
The site's content is user driven, it has 21 unique posts, of which 5 were written by users of a forum free of charge - it's as simple as asking; people are happy to contribute. And the hard part is done, as you will see below I am already an established member on a huge forum dedicated to this niche and you will easily be able to find people. The content itself has not been updated in a while; it needs a fresh update and there is plenty of keywords to target and it is a developing niche with more interest growing.

Established:
The site is established, it has been live since 2010 and has 500+ backlinks, as mentioned above I have a trusted account on a niche forum in which you can being promoting the site again; it was previously promoted and this will bring a lot of traffic, here is the thread:

If you regularly update, this site can turn into a little niche goldmine again based purely off that traffic.

Traffic:
For a once prosperous site, traffic has dipped however it is still generating 400-500UV from Google organically; I'd imagine if you backlinked and posted more unique content this would raise accordingly. This site does have so much potential and just writing this makes me sad to let it go, but I have bigger projects - if you are looking for a project that will reflect the amount of work you put in, this is it! Revenue:
The site was a decent earning little niche between 2010 and 2011, generating both eBay, link and Amazon revenue; I'd estimate at around $150 over 9 months; below is the eBay screenshot - this is simply an example of what you could get the site back too, a banner was sold at $50 for a month and minimal Amazon revenue was also made. Nowadays the site does receive a trickle of revenue, I have placed Adsense on it and it has made about a $1 in the last week or so.

#14 - Gears Of War Action Figures (has been as high as #5)

The potential is there, it needs a new owner to give it a little love and watch it soar!
