Hi Folks, I was reading up on GDI and considering joining since everybody seems to be pitching it hard and singing it's praises. Well, first of all, it's a MLM. Now, I have been a member of two MLMs in the past (online and offline) and wasn't happy at all with the experience, so my memories of that started to turn me off of GDI already. However, to be fair, I continued with my research process. In doing this, I also noticed that when I punched in a keyword in Google (unfortunately I don't remember it, I think it was forum related though) one long list of GDI affiliates' websites came up. Seriously, it seemed to be an unending list. So, for me, the fact that a lot of people seemed to be selling, as well, as the results of that search, gives off the vibe of that program being very saturated. I decided to peruse the website as well. Now, one of the first things I always look on first is the Terms and FAQ section especially the Cancellation part. https://www.website.ws/faq/index.dhtml?userid=wealthyfun&xs=3320410969#canceling3 Check it out there. They more or less say that the only way to cancel is by calling them. No other way will be accepted. No email seems to be present on the website for the company either. I also made a call just to see what I would get. I got this automated voice listing a menu. I selected cancellation. I was put on hold for a very long time. I tried calling again, same experience. So my dear friends, if you want to join this program, I wish you all the best and if you succeed I will be very happy for you, but like with anything else you decide to venture into, ensure that you research it thoroughly and get all the facts upfront. Do not accept reviews 100%, because a lot of people are either affiliates pitching the program or persons paid to promote it.
Good post, wealthy. I also did some reasearch on GDI since it seems to have exploded on this board, and my conslusion, after reading stuff from freedom.ws and reviews on google, is that even though it definitely does not seem to be a scam, it is a business model where the left hand is hidden out of sight...
