Selling Gay Dating Site - 300 EUR per month recurring - 2000 active members - #1 in Google

I bought this site 1.5 years ago, I had it redesigned and totally relaunched. The site now ranks number one for 'gay dating ireland' but also ranks number 1 on Google.ie for 'gay dating' 'gay dating online' 'gay dating site' 'gay dating ireland" "gay dating dublin" and so on. There are currently 2k+ active members and revenue is at 300EUR per month.
The site runs on the WhiteLabelDating.com platform which is great in terms of support both for the site owner and the members, and I don't have to deal with billing, customer service and such. They just upgraded their system and are about to release a mobile platform that should further increase revenue.I am not much into the gay market and not from Ireland so I am sure I am missing on a ton of further monetizations options and/or promotion opportunities. The site ranks on page #1 of google.ie also for just the term gay so you could probably and easily add a news/portal side to it, just to name one thing.
As you can see the site was professionally designed plus has a few test splash pages that I have been experimenting with. All design is unique and copyrighted, this is a serious opportunity for a serious marketer

Just to clarify, the revenue is generated by subscriptions from paid members, and it is recurring in that they are on monthly or quarterly subscriptions
