Gay community website for sale! There are over 600 members and growing by 10 to 30 daily! It is an excellent community without much revenu at the minute as I've not really had the time to monitorize the site. Boy18 runs off phpfox with a fair few modes.

www.boy18.co.uk plus www.boy18.biz has been running since December 2006 and so far this month it has had 4000 unique with over 10.000 returnring vistors. All statistics can be accounted for.
The site is more than doubling its size and i expect it will have over a 1000 members by the end of February 2007.

I am only selling the site due to work commitments. But I am more than willing to help out for a few months as this was my first site that I have made and so it's the first one I'm selling. So if i have missed any info of here plz just ask and i will gladly supply it.

I have done next to no adverstising for this site but I know deep down with the right person behind it, the site could really reach its Fullest Potential!
I want a quick sale and have spent $1000 and will start the biding at $2000. I will also pay for the phpfox branding to be removed within this deal.
