Gauging Interest: Forum Host For Sale

I'm looking to put my forum host on the market. I'm not all that interested in selling it, but it's getting difficult for me to manage. I'm far from being a server admin, and it's getting to the point to where soon it'd need multiple servers to run and I don't really want to go there.

The site hosts phpBB forums, was built a couple years ago (poorly I might add). I forgot about it and let it sit, then about 5 months ago I rebuilt it and spent a bunch of resources making it good and providing good support. It went from 50 visitors a day to 25,000+ since then and is growing at an alarming rate (server 1/2 million pages a day). I had to disable my stats program (awstats) because it was killing the server (VPS actually - a Deuce and soon to be Solo Plus at ServInt). I'm sure on a nice dedicated box you'd have more time out one server for growth.

I put Google analytics on the site yesterday, in the spot where I'd be running advertisements (only on content pages) and it recorded over 26,000 visitors and 300,000+ plus pageviews (per day). Keep in mind just last month it was around 18k visitors / day and the month before that 12k.

The site has never run an ad on any hosted forum, which was a key element in the growth plan. At this point, there's something like 50 - 70 new forums created every day and I'm not spending a dime in advertising (all via serps and word of mouth). It's quite amazing really.
