The domain gasprice.com is owned by a close friend, and though he is relatively knowledgeable about back-end coding, he doesn't know much about design and popularizing a website. It is pr3 at the moment, but the domain is pretty awesome in my opinion and has been owned for many years. Appraisals and ideas on how to improve usability, design, and how to spread the word would be nice. Concept: Users input local gasprices nation wide, or use information to save on gas. back-end functional.

Considering your development plan, and some other factors, I'd say it has a value of at least $10,000 + more once developed.

Yeah www.gasprices.com would probably have been even better, maybe they could be interested in buying...? But their site is how it should NOT be done... No actual functionalty as I see it. People always want to buy the cheapest... always.. and especially in these times.. that´s why such a website/idea has a chance. Not sure the gas companies are interested in that idea...it would increase transparancy for the customers thus creating more competition
