Google PR: 5

Income: > $50.00 < $100 per month in adsense. Parkseed income is negligible, (less than 10 bucks a year). I really haven't worked worked super hard to monetize this site.

Traffic: This is a pretty seasonal site, but averaged 312 visits a day in april, 223 a day in march, 127 visits a day in february per google analytics.

Pageviews: April: 15,082

Feedburner Subscribers: as high as 76, currently 47 (I just installed a post rotator that I think is driving down the post rate. I am going to turn it off and see what happens.)

on checkpagerank.net, its stating that the PR is forged?

 

I got the PR from the SEO plugin on Firefox. God, I wish I was smart enough to know how to forge crap. If you use FF, get the plugin, google the URL and see what it tells you. That is exactly how I got the PR.

 

Here are photos of march and april stats from google analytics and my april adsense earnings. Like I said, i am not claiming uber income here. It fluctuates. When you look at the april traffic, I really think the drop off at the end of april is due to the plugin that rotated my old posts (oldest to newest). My traffic plummeted after I put it in. weird. I have disabled it as of now. I also have not promoted this site since late last year. This traffic has all grown organically from work I did last year.









I hope I stayed in google terms for the adsense. What I blacked out were my stats on my other site.

ExDeus, thanks for the link. I am familiar with escrow, I was asking more in terms of how it works for something like this (which service, etc). Who do you use, if you wish to move forward?
