    I have discovered good website www.gantry-framework.org with gantry framework which give you a lot of flexibility in website designing. You can download whole packet with default template cointainnig 48 positions, framework and essential plugins. There are available the frameworks for different joomla versions; 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0.
    With gantry framework you can create very flexible websites by inserting joomla modules, components and plugins into many available positions in this template.

    There are many other frameworks for joomla and also some companies offers blank template for joomla as well. u can google it for more information. Joomla has step into rapid development framework now, Thank you sharing.
