Gotta go to the hospital and get it removed. I am so freaking terrified of blood and syringe I hate Hospitals. They smell so weird. Did anyone else had this Ganglion cyst ??
So thats what its called... I had one once and it went away on its own. It was annoying to say the least. If my advice means anything, go get it taken care of!!! Not everything cures itself.
Ye, I met my family doctor today. And he said that I should get it operated. The thing worries me is that it can take 2-5 weeks for my wrist to be back to its normal status. That means no more online work for sometime ! I would have ignored the lump but it's painful..
Cysts are usually pretty harmless. Just be thankful it's in your wrist, and not somewhere more delicate.
Well ye it's in my wrist. But it is painful. It's an interference when am at the computer.. Can't type much
I am right handed mate... My left hand is almost not usable lol.. I mean never used it for to do stuffs like using mouse..
Well, im left handed and i use my right hand if my left hand is dead It would be still easy to use a mouse with the opposite hand.
I had on the affected my thumb. Doctor did not advise removal. Said they usually grow back. It went away on its own. This is the same doctor that told me rash on my leg was one of four things. We could do a biopsy and find out what it was but the treatment for all four was the same. What did I care what it was, I just wanted it to go away which it did almost immediately with the salve he prescribed.
So you still living with the lump ?? And ye Ganglion usually grows back. But not when it's operated upon.
