Why are you selling this site?
I am cleaning my server and I want to sell all my sites as I don't have time to handle them. Last years all my sites are running itself - I haven't made any changes there.

gamnix.com is free software related game site - autoblog (some old free module). But You can use this old domain for other purposes also. I can give the full website or buyer can take only domain.

0h I set up this as fully automated - so that wordpress updates itself.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Domain owner changing can make little bit more time as usual (around two working days), as domain is registered trough one Estonian hosting provider and they don't have automatic verification code system. So they sending it manually by e-mail to me.
