    Why?

    The .mobi rules are pretty strict on what you can use the domains for, so unless you have either a really short domain or one which is really premium it won't have the value of the .com equivalent.

    Have you ever tried using a forum via a mobile device?

    im sure that as time progress these types of domains will be of high value, just like a .com and you can use a .mobi as a regular site now. Their are tools to do so!

    You are making a common mistake by looking at the number of results google returns in a search - this has nothing to do with the amount of actual searches a keyword receives. You need to use the DP suggestion tool.

    Wordtracker shows that "gaming forum" gets zero daily searches. I don't think this mobi domain has any value.
