    Only 2 months old.. Ranking okay for major keywords already. This could quite easily turn into a goldmine for somebody.. I'm selling because I have no interest in updating the site and main reason I started it was to sell it later but due to circumstances I would like to sell it as soon as rather than wait 6 months. If you look at other similar sites they already have an alexa ranking of around 300 - 700k More than likely receiving at least 2000 uniques per day. This site however is only 2 months old and getting approximately 2000 uniques a month.

    However, the site has alot of twitter followers, currently at around 1500 with about 20-50 new followers each day. Also already has 110 facebook fans.. Buyer will receive both twitter and facebook accounts..

    Has a PR1, As for revenue, I just have adsense on the site, this could be monetized.. but averaging around $10.00
