Selling Gaming site earning 300$+ a year with no work!

About the Sites:

This site for sale is actually 2 sites, The pr 1 http://girlgames.we.bs/, and Pr 0 http://dressupgames.we.bs/. When it comes to making money you can rest assured that these sites will deliver, "Just set it and forget it." These sites have earned over $340 since i have had them. I purchased the sites a little over a year ago, and all i did to the site was add my adsense code and an article.

Hosting for the sites is free, which is certainly a plus. I have never promoted the sites in any way. It gets most of the traffic from other arcade sites. Basically, just leave the links that are currently on the site, and the traffic will keep rolling in.

Revenue could definitely be improved if the sites were expanded and more games were added. Of course a little SEO could also work wonders.

Why am i selling:
I am trying to have only high earning authority sites on my adsense account, so i am selling off my smaller sites or switching to other revenue sources. I tried using adbrite on the site, but the PPC is very low and the ads are not very targeted, so it seemed to make more sense to just sell it to someone who will use adsense, or some other high earning source on it.

After Sale:
There is no transfer to be made so no worries about any headaches, i will simply give you the login to the account and you will be all set. I will of course be around to answer any questions you have, but the modifying the site is very simple and you will probably need no help. You can just click a file and open it in a WYSIWYG editor right from your browser.

If you're profiting, then why sell it? That doesn't make any sense. That's an extra $350 in your pocket.

Can you post traffic stats with source of traffic?
Why did you post Adsense stats, I see only Adbrite ads??

 

I don't see how these sites earn $300 a year.

 

As stated in the listing and again in response to a previous question, i only want high earning authority sites on my adsense account. So i removed adsense and placed adbrite on the sites. There are no traffic stats, please look at the impression on the ads to get an idea of how much traffic the sites get.
