I have recently setup a new site which was targeted at the gaming part of the worldwide web.

CT2 is a community I setup to place a new outlook to free gaming needs for clans around the globe. As most would know clans consits mainly of young people without great incomes. CT2 offers clans the chance to get a great looking site and a free cms to go with it. This is all free and they only need to be registerd and have made 5 posts to access these features.

Community:

There already is a nice little community built up from advertsing I done with other sites. Also I have spent alot of time working on the SEO and have managed to get the site high on our targeted keywords. The site has only been live for 2 weeks and has nearly 200 members over 3000 posts.

There is a nice set of staff working at CT2 at the moment. These staff create clantemplates and contribute to the free cms for free. As part of selling this site I would place in a agreement that the staff must be kept at the site.

Technical

VBulletin Forums 1 year license (This can be included if you wish)

Custom CMS coded by me to work with the site.

SEO work to its very best site will continue to grow in the rankings as time goes on.

Domain name registerd with heartinternet for 2 years and the .co.uk one.

1 Years web hosting with TheHosters included.

Traffic

Currently the site has had 2000 unique visitors and 45% have bookmarked the site. I will delve into more information on this via pm for serious bidders. Traffic comes from partnerships I have setup with related sites and google searches.

Revenue

Currently the site has google adsense setup all over it. And there is a sponsorship deal with a clan for $200 per month. And another deal was setup with clancommandcenter.com for $50 per month. I am still working on a deal with a GSP for $50 per month and a free clan server for the members of the site.

All of these deals I have setup are on a monthly by monthly basis, they each have they own unique setup and get certain advertising in sections of the site. I will give all this information to the buyer. You of course can setup or ammend any deals once you take the site over.

Also there is a affliate system which I only setup yesterday with gotaplay through CJ, this will payout $20.00 per signup and has had 1400 impressions and 24 clicks without a signup as of yet.

Current monthly revenue is $300 gurantteed, and then google adsense is predicted to be $100 - $150 and the affliates if you had 10 signups would be $200.

So the total revenue you can get is $650 this obviously is a guess but unless you completly ruined the site you will get this.

Final Notes

I hope the buyer will take care of this site wether they plan to sell on at a later time or decide to take it on and make it even better.

Seems like a bad attempt to mirror the site, and I don't see how you justify the price of the site anyway.

 

I just checked , and clantemplates2.com could sue clantemplates.com , because ct2 has been trade marked ( LEGALLY ) so ya , sucks to be clantemplates.com

clantemplates.com is the original site, its been around since 03 which is the site that is copyrighted, ct2 is the one that can be in legal trouble.

The owner of ct2 was banned from clantemplates.com for immaturity / spam ect.. and made the site out of spite. ct2 isnt even in the web archive http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://clantemplates2.com and for more legal support

So, i don't know why someone would think that a site that mimics a site that is 5 years older is the right one?

Get your facts straight, ct2 is a rip, and should be in legal trouble for copyright violation as they where used as the same concept.

 

You clearly know nothing about copyright law and cannot even be speculating on what reasons why ct2 was made and why I decided to sell this site.

If you actually took the time to look into the legal issues surrounding this you would see that I hold the copyright by law on the brand ("CT2") the domain clantemplates cannot be copyrighted as a brand as it is within a general term.

This would be like copyrighting computers.com it cannot be made into a brand name as it is a general term, if you do not understand what a general term is because you have a low intelligence then I will enlighten you.

A general term is a meaning where a description of a specific item or trade is defined. Therefore cannot be made into a brand name as its a description rather then a personal name for a product.

Now if you would please stop trying to flame this sale and let me continue with earning real money not like your $10 a week proxys.
