Many great modifications for gamelair.com/gameforums/ i must have spent around 50 hours just adding Mods to keep the forum active.
I've also paid for two premium modifications, p3tz, and RPG Inferno - they are forum games users can play.

    Price

The car i want isn't cheap, so the price isn't

Please note, I've spent over $1000 on game lair, the design is unique made by myself (took me 2 days :p ) and you'll get full rights. - the site has about 40 different headers/banners - press refresh on any page and watch it change :D , check the other forums skins - Especially the black one.

How do you explain the spike in traffic? Do you use paid posting services?

I paid for Google AdWords once, but i only spent $7 before i ended it. I've never paid for any other sort of advertising, the spike will continue to grow and grow, because over the months I've learnt more about SEO and put it to action.

And as for posting services, i once did a trade - 20 posts on my forum for 20 posts on a friends forum. Thats about it.

OMG.....The high Bid was $2800 in the other thread now you make the starting bid 4K ??

What happened to looking for offers over 1K ?

Not that I dont have the money cause I do but I think I will just skip this sale because of what has taken place here and in the other thread.

    Good Luck

Well there's no point beating around the bush, i wouldn't have sold game lair for under 4K, the other thread was mainly to see if people would be interested in the site. Ive worked on it day in day out for 7 months solid, and watched it grow week by week.

Thanks a lot for your previous offers though!

If I remember correctly the previous thread/auction did not include gaming-memories.com

He is the owner, he should be able to set any price he wants after a price calibration (which many many people do to get a ballpark figure)

Can you show me another thread where this site price calibration has taken place since so many many people have done it before ??

Look I didnt see the other site was listed also so I guess the starting bid of 4K is a good starting point.

I would like to see these other so called what you say price calibrations though....LOL

Also Good Luck with the sale rated you have 2 nice sites there.

PGZ - if you look on the sites for sale you can find a couple relistings including this one with price changes, I dont know if calibration is the proper term, it just sounded like it fit :)

Ok buddy if you say so....I still cant find any others but Its not that big of a deal. He added another site to the sale which would indeed cause a price increase.
