Gamerz-Forum.Com is up for sale! It is a great site with many members and posts! We support many games and even have a team of moderators ready to help solve and problems a member might receive!

I mainly want to sell this site due to financial problems. I know it has a great potential and all that since this site started in June. It has a PR of 3 which I think is great when I never bought any links for it. It is fully auto-mated as the staff will update information whenever needed.

I used to use Google Ad sense, but never had much luck with it so I took them off. Now the site has revenue by selling Da Elite memberships. They allow users to access special forums and have special “Da Elite” only downloads. It costs 8.00 per month and 32.00 for 6 months. Currently we have 54 Da Elite members subscribing.

36 x 8.00 per month = 288.00 per month / 30 = 9.60 a day
Which means daily average is 9.60 a day.

Are the "da Elite" downloads legal downloads? I.e. are they warez, illegal mp3's, etc. or are they legit?

They are all legal downloads that are created by The Staff, Me, or other memebers. Also some are information such as cheat codes and other links. In other words none of the items are illigal.

Just to confirm, they are links to only legal items. Some sites have links to warez and then say that's legal because they are only linking to the warez, not actually hosting them.

Looks like a little research answered my own question. From your description of the "Da Elite" section...

"contains downloads for games, movies etc."

I would assume those are copyrighted movies and games. Please correct if this isn't the case but I won't be bidding if it is. I find it ironic that a bunch of people, many of us software developers, are quite happy to make money helping other people rip off/steal software but would scream and howl if anybody copied our unique website content, design, etc.

No, we have no links to games, movies, etc. That post was created by James a Moderator (Mistake in the thread) but we have no links to illigal content or have any posts with illigal content.
