    Ok layout. I don't like the ad. People don't know that they are for unregistered members only and mayby are scared away.

    I dont like the ads either - i clicked to minimise it and my popup blocker kicked in! Its rather large and obtrusive - i personally think that your integrated adsense works a lot, lot better. Design wise you have to use horizontal scroll on 1024x768 or lower plus the design is very dark so could do with some contrast or sharp bright colors to possibly make some sections stand out!!!

    nice layout, too much pop-ups, and imo 1 google ad is ok.
