Absolutely no paid posts. I wouldn't stoop to that level. All subscribers are completely real. Not an old database. I have built this site from the ground up and made it what it is today. No cheating, no paid posts, just good old hard work and dedication. This is not one of those forums with lots of members but no posts, and its not dead at all. This is a legit forum that has huge potential. The domain is now PR2, and the index.php page is PR1.

Just go ahead and take a look through the posts and you will see how great this community is. Do not look at the revenue earned, or the traffic. What makes this site worth what its worth is the fact that its a legit community of active members. Please, try to find another forum like this, where there is real activity and a sense of community.

Do not even think this site will sell for less than $300, so don't waste your time bidding. I would not let this thing go for a bargain.

Then why don't you do what most sellers do who actually know what their site is worth..... post a BIN.

You just wasted 2 days of our time by letting people bid well below what you are now suddenly sure the site is worth.

EDIT: Never mind, I was looking at the wrong thing. I see now that they are for this site. But I'd still like to see stats for absolute unique visitors / month . Sorry for the confusion!

 

I dont know how to do that in analytics. My cpanel stats are messed up because I transferred main domains and it only tracked the full month of may, not march or april. So if you point me in the right direction on analytics I will do that for you. Thanks

Do your members know you are selling? If so, I would like to go there at have a conversation with some of them about the site, as I am VERY interested in this, but I don't want to shock/upset them or anything.

 

I doubt it will end up mattering, but I am going to retract my bid of $200 after talking to r3dt@rget. This has nothing to do with traffic stats or quality of the site, I just had plans to merge it will by own Nintendo forum and he does not want to see that happen.

 

I just want to make it clear that the new buyer will not be responsible for the 2 contests that you have on there right now. It appears you haven't paid out on either the first or the June contest.

I have paid up on all current contests, and I am picking the winners and giving out the prizes for June's contest today. The moderators will probably stay, but I will have a word with them before the sale. As for hours, at least 4 per day.
